Her background spans medical-surgical, orthopedics, and pain management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of diverse healthcare needs. She has also excelled as a faculty member, sharing her expertise and nurturing future healthcare professionals.


With extensive experience in managing acute and chronic conditions, Rhonda's recent focus has been on providing exceptional care to adults and geriatric patients in both long-term and sub-acute settings. Throughout her career, she has embraced various roles, from dedicated staff nurse to effective management positions, even owning previous small businesses. This breadth of experience has shaped her holistic approach to care, ensuring that every aspect of a person's well-being is prioritized.


Rhonda's educational journey is a testament to her commitment to excellence. She holds a registered nurse (RN) qualification and a BS in Health Care Administration. Additionally, she has earned master's and doctorate degrees in Nursing, solidifying her expertise and dedication to continuous learning. As a certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Certified BLS provider, Rhonda maintains the highest standards of professional competence.


But Rhonda is not alone in her passion for eldercare. Her husband, Josh Boggi, is also a registered nurse with an impressive twenty-five years of experience. Josh brings a unique perspective with double associate degrees and multidisciplinary experiences. His past roles include caring for renowned families in homecare settings, as well as serving as an adult psychiatry nurse.
